This project involves the MEP design of a first-floor office building located in a prime area of Coimbatore. The total built-up area of the project is 362 sq.m, designed to accommodate essential office functions with efficient space utilization. 

Our scope of work included VRF system design, detailed heat load calculations, and complete refrigerant piping routing. The design also covered selection and detailing of all necessary fittings and accessories to ensure optimal system performance, energy efficiency, and long-term reliability.

This project consists of a G+1 residential farmhouse designed with a focus on comfort, aesthetics, and outdoor living. The ground floor area is 137 sq.m, and the first-floor area is 78 sq.m. The design includes an entertainment area of 33 sq.m featuring a swimming pool and sitting area, along with a carpet area of 118 sq.m.

Our responsibilities included developing detailed 2D floor plans, creating a 3D architectural model up to LOD 300, designing the swimming pool and sitting areas, and developing landscape elements to enhance the overall visual appeal and functionality of the residence.

INTERNATIONAL DUGONG CONSERVATION

MEP SERVICES

This project involves comprehensive MEP design services for the International Dugong Conservation Center, developed as a sustainable and energy-efficient facility. The building was designed to ensure high indoor comfort and operational efficiency while supporting conservation activities. The HVAC system was designed for a capacity of 202 TR, with an electrical load of approximately 795 kW. The project emphasizes environmentally responsible design while maintaining occupant comfort and system reliability.

HVAC SERVICES

The HVAC design scope included VRF system design, detailed heat load calculations, and chiller system planning to meet the cooling requirements of the facility. The systems were designed to ensure energy efficiency, thermal comfort, and compliance with applicable standards while accommodating the unique architectural form of the building.

ELECTRICAL SERVICES

The electrical design included detailed load calculations, cable sizing, and cable tray sizing to ensure safe and efficient power distribution. The scope also covered DB box selection and complete lighting layout design to meet functional, safety, and aesthetic requirements of the facility.

PLUMBING SERVICES

The plumbing design addressed drainage system planning with proper pipe sizing, rainwater routing, and the design of a sewage treatment plant (STP). The systems were designed to support sustainability, effective wastewater management, and long-term operational efficiency.

DEWFORT ENGINEER PVT. LTD.

This project involved HVAC ducting design for a marriage hall building developed for Dewfort Engineer Pvt. Ltd. The building consists of a ground floor, first floor, and second floor. Our scope of work focused on designing efficient duct routing for all three floors, ensuring uniform air distribution, ease of installation, and coordination with architectural elements.

The scope included preparation of heat load calculations, duct sizing, routing, and cost estimation. The building shall be located in a prime location in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu. Building on a plot of 6312 sq. m. The sustainable building is designed to save energy, which brings high comfort and occupancy.

KERSTAL ENGINEERING SERVICE

This project involves BIM modelling services for a 13-type, three-phase dry-type transformer system developed for Kerstal Engineering Service. The transformer specification includes a capacity of 3150/400 KVA with a voltage rating of 22,000V/415V and Dyn11 vector group configuration. The modelling work was carried out using Revit MEP to ensure accuracy, coordination, and compliance with project requirements.

As a BIM Modeler, the scope of work included creating a detailed 3D model of the transformer system, developing custom Revit families aligned with project standards, and integrating the model with plumbing and other MEP services. From the completed, clash-free integrated 3D model, coordinated 2D drawings were extracted to support construction documentation and on-site execution.
